Influenza Vaccine and Seasonal Flu Jab

What is the Influenza Vaccine

This vaccine protects you against the 3 most common strains of influenza, it also vaccinates you against the  ‘Swine Flu‘ virus.

During the flu season we vaccinate our own registered NHS patients against seasonal flu typically if they are over 65 or have a chronic illness or medical condition.

Seasonal Flu Jab

We can vaccinate our travel clinic patients with the flu jab for a small charge providing we can obtain private stocks of the vaccine.

The Flu Jab is also advised when travelling to places where there are many people in one place such as the Hajj.

The seasonal Flu Jab is typically only available from Autumn to early Spring.
